Refund policy

We will Refund your order as long as they meet the following conditions;

- We are notified of the return and the item is returned within 14 days of receipt.
-The items are returned in original, saleable condition in original packaging with labels in-tact.

We do not provide a "FREE RETURN" service meaning all charges in regards to returning the goods will be the customers, unless faulty, then we will bear the cost of the return (as per statutory rights). In the unlikely circumstance that you receive a faulty product you will need to contact us within 3 working days of receiving the item before proceeding with the return. Please note the items must be unused and unworn, if the item becomes damaged or faulty after wear we will not be responsible, and will not accept the return.

All customised items/ made to order items / custom order items/ items marked as non-refundable CANNOT be returned.

Please allow upto 14 days for all refunds to be processed.
